Jake had to work with two different insurance adjusters since my neighbor and I have different insurance companies. He sat down with us to explain the estimates, and he answered all of our questions. Rutters even followed up to get us our recoverable depreciation when the project was finished! John Pryme was our project manager, and John's crew did an amazing job on our roof. Our yards were totally clean of nails and debris when they finished, too. Highly recommend this team! Five stars for professionalism, communication, timeliness and cleanliness! Sometimes it's hard to find a trustworthy contractor, but these guys are the real deal.”
