“After some extensive hail damage, we called Rutters Roofing to give us an estimate. They were punctual, professional, gave us a fair estimate, and explained the entire process. They made sure to be at our house when the insurance adjuster arrived so they could point out all the areas affected by the hail damage. On the day the roof was installed, John from Rutters made sure everything went smoothly and the yard was gone over several times to pick up all the nails so nothing was left behind. We've already recommended Rutters to several of our neighbors based on their reasonable prices, excellent customer service, and great work done in replacing the roof.”

“Jake and Chuck and their crews from Rutters Roofing were absolutely a pleasure to work with. We highly recommended them to all of our neighbors after our neighborhood was hit by hail. Very honest men with high quality workmanship. Our 2200 sq ft home was re-roofed in one day with a complete tear off. There were two people walking around our home during the process picking up any debris and using roller magnets to collect any nails. All of our bushes and our fountain were covered for protection. Chuck was on site all day to be sure everything was installed perfectly. The next day all of our new gutters and downspouts were installed beautifully. We give this company a 5 star rating”

“After a hail event we had many, many contractors knocking on our door to replace our roof. Rutters was different and offered advice on the insurance process and a actually apologized for how many door knockers had bothered us. They came and did a thorough inspection of the roof before asking to see the insurance company estimate. Another company told us they would do the job for the insurance estimate without so much as putting up a ladder and looking at the roof! Rutters worked to get all of their work covered. The day of the job, Chuck himself was the first one on site, making sure everything was done right. Their crew was efficient and skilled. Chuck was the last person to leave, only after going around the house himself with a magnet to collect nails and make sure everything was cleaned up to his standards. The roof looks great, and we received a premium product for the price of our claim. Very impressed with this company and glad we gave them a chance.”

They were able to schedule us within a few weeks of finalizing all of the details and they completed the work in 1 day. They did a beautiful job and the quality was great. They came out the next day to make sure that everything looked good and that all of the nails and garbage were picked up. It was an incredibly easy process and we are very happy with the end result.”

“We were extremely pleased with Rutters Roofing! We had new shingles put on our 50 square atypical roof on our home and car port in May 2025. We selected a high quality Malarkey shingle with a 40 year warranty. They were very professional and personable. Jake is very easy to work with giving us great options and could put us on his schedule in a couple of weeks time. Jake gave us a very comparable pricing quote and explained and followed through with everything he promised. We had two rain delays for the project in a week and they completed the job in one day on a Saturday. The crew worked extremely hard and were very friendly and conscientious about respecting the perimeter of our property as they worked. They placed tarps decending the property to protect our plants that led to tarps on the ground and brought dumpsters to empty the old shingles into that they removed that day. They cleaned the area of nails and fine debree very well. Chuck was supervising the project and made everything run smoothly. He even spray painted the sky light boarders to match the new shingle color and did a great job. They found a small area on the roof with some dry rot and replaced the wooden boards. They took our TV satellite off the roof, shingled that area and replaced it as well with no issues. We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them for a roofing project. We are also considering hiring them for a future gutter project as they specialize in that as well. Thank you Rutters Roofing for the special care and attention to detail you have shown us! We love how our new roof looks!”

Having had zero experience with replacing a roof, it was extremely helpful for Chuck to sit down with us to explain the proposal and not just send it in an email. That definitely would have been easier for him but we appreciated him sitting down with us and his patience in answering all of our questions. Communication throughout the experience was excellent. They had two crews working on our roof and it appeared that they all worked very well together. They were very kind and respectful of our property and they finished the job when expected.
